- We deliver all over Karachi.
- Some remote areas may face delays or limited service.
2. Delivery Time
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.
- Delivery takes 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location.
- Delivery timelines may vary during sales or high-volume seasons.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping rates are calculated based on your delivery location and order weight/size.
- Exact charges are shown at checkout before confirming your order.
4. Packaging & Handling
We take extra care to pack each plant and product securely to avoid damage in transit.
Our packaging is designed to ensure that plants remain fresh, healthy, and protected during transportation.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Our delivery partner will contact you before arrival.
- If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, a reattempt may be made.
- Additional charges may apply for repeated failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.
7. Delays and Exceptions
- The Nexus Green Art is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier companies.
- If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, we’ll support you in tracking it or filing a complaint with the courier.
8. Wrong Address or Incomplete Info
- Please make sure to provide the correct and complete shipping address.
- Orders with incorrect details may get delayed or returned.
