At The Nexus Green Art, we care about your satisfaction and the health of every plant we deliver.
Each order is handled with great care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, since plants are living and delicate, our Return & Exchange Policy has specific conditions to maintain quality and fairness.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange only if:
- You received the wrong product
- The plant or product was damaged during delivery
- The plant arrived in poor, unhealthy, or dead condition
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Healthy live plants (as natural variation in size, color, or shape is normal)
- Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling or poor care
- Used pots, soil, fertilizers, or accessories
- Orders placed with incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
3. Exchange Process
If your exchange request is approved:
- A replacement product will be shipped free of cost if the issue was from our side
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- We may offer store credit or alternative product if the same item is unavailable
4. Return & Refund Process
If a return is approved instead of exchange:
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
- Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the mistake was from our side
